Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your stock gift box purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information and conditions that apply to returns.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original supplied packaging, including the inner and outer carton/s if applicable to your order.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@foldabox.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item/s securely in its original packaging with a copy of the original order. Send your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable /courier method to send your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt or be liable for damage caused during the return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item/s, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We will be in communication regarding your return and provide a copy of the refund transaction information. 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

     ●     Custom designed boxes   

     ●     Custom boxes made to order   

     ●     Custom printed boxes (stock, printed with a custom logo)   

     ●     Used or assembled products, not in original packaging

     ●     A £20.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £75.00          

    ●     Foldabox will pay return shipping if goods are faulty or an incorrect delivery as a       result of our error.
